The majority of Angel Oak’s AUM is structured credit (ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CLOs) that are currently out of scope for this initiative. As of 12/31/2022 approximately 15% of Angel Oak’s AUM represented allocations to debt and equity securities issued by corporate entities. We will explore expanding our commitment to a larger percentage of our portfolio if the scope is expanded to structured (or securitized) securities.
