Additional information

Proportion of AUM committed:

ICG’s target is based on the approach available within the SBTi PE Sector guidance and, as such, is applied to relevant corporate investments; those within Structured and Private Equity and Real Assets where ICG has sufficient influence, defined as at least 25% equity ownership and at least one Board seat. Over time, we will consider appropriate target setting for other asset classes in ICG’s portfolios if data is available and if applicable methodologies exist. Additionally, we will continue to work with peers to support data improvement and emerging methodologies in order to advance industry progress toward net zero, and better assess and measure our own portfolio.

Policy on coal and other fossil fuel investments:

ICG’s Climate Change Policy — covering 100% of ICG’s assets under management (AUM) — requires us to consider the implications of climate-related risk and opportunities in our investment research, valuation, and decision-making processes. This includes our exclusion list.
