Investible is an early-stage venture capital firm. Investible joined the Net Zero Asset Managers Initiative in July 2021 and made its Initial Target Disclosure in November 2022.

By 2030 at least 50% of our AUM that have raised Series C or later companies will have achieved net zero or be demonstrating alignment through their ambition, targets, emission performance, disclosure, strategy, and capital allocation. By 2040 that
number will increase to 100%.

Engagement threshold target

Engagement goal that at least 70% of financed companies are either assessed as net zero, aligned with a net zero pathway, or the subject of direct or collective engagement and stewardship actions. This threshold will increase to 100% by 2030 at the
latest. Direct or collective engagement includes pushing for emissions reporting and net zero plans for companies that not currently net zero aligned.

100% of The Investible Climate Tech Fund will be invested in companies which offer solutions that directly or indirectly reduce GHG emissions or in climate adaptation technologies. The Fund expect to make over 50 investments over the next five years.

GHG scopes included:

Due to the early nature of the start-ups as pre-revenue or early revenue companies, current Scope 1 & 2 emissions are deminimis and being tracked to a limited degree. Notwithstanding this, we are exploring options for measurement and reporting for key emissions metrics that are specific to each company, which will then also be compiled and reported on a portfolio basis. Over time, we anticipate all companies will be tracking Scope 1, 2 and 3

Policy on coal and other fossil fuel investments:

Yes. Investible’s ESG policy that applies to 100% of investments which states there will be no investment in businesses whose principal engagement is in the extraction, manufacturing of or trading in coal, oil or natural gas or whose primary purpose is to increase the production of these materials, unless using technology intended to reduce net greenhouse gas emissions.
