Policy on coal and other fossil fuel investments:
Yes. Investindustrial does not invest in companies directly engaging in the exploration, development and production of oil and/ or gas as well as the power generation from oil and/ or gas., or directly engaging in the extraction, exploration, processing/ refinement of and/ or power generation from thermal coal as well as involved in the construction (including expansion and upgrading) of a coal-fired power plant. Refer to the Responsible Investing Policy available publicly on Investindustrial’s website. The Responsible Investing Policy applies to 100% of AUM.
Investindustrial discloses emissions of all portfolio companies, funds and firm emissions on its website and via the annual report and sustainability review since 2016. Investindustrial’s climate reporting is in line with TCFD since 2020.
