Additional information
Proportion of AUM committed:
Today we are managing approximately 40% of our AUM in line with net zero. We expect this percentage will grow in the near term as we are in the process of engaging with our various clients to confirm commitments to net zero. We also expect this percentage will grow over time as we launch new funds to be managed in line with net zero.
Policy on coal and other fossil fuel investments:
No. LaSalle does not invest in coal/fossil fuel investments, only real estate, so no policy is required.
Further information:
LaSalle will publish a climate action plan in 2023 that articulates our global net zero strategy.
