PATRIZIA Infrastructure is one of the world’s most experienced investors in infrastructure, with a broad range of investment solutions across direct equity, private debt and listed equity and five offices across Europe and APAC. It made its first direct infrastructure in 1998 and since then has invested in more than 110 infrastructure investments. PATRIZIA Infrastructure joined the Net Zero Asset Managers initiative in November 2021 and made its initial Target Disclosure in November 2022.

Proportion of AUM committed:
As per the Net Zero Asset Owner Alliance Target Setting Protocol, we have included 100% of our direct infrastructure equity investments and 100% of our listed infrastructure investments. For our initial disclosure, we have not included infrastructure debt but will work towards this as our chosen methodology expands its scope to include this asset class.
Policy on coal and other fossil fuel investments:
This policy applies to our listed infrastructure strategy that makes up 12% of our AuM. PATRIZIA Infrastructure have other mandated restrictions on coal and other fossil fuel instruments applicable to specific products and mandates.
