GHG scopes included:
We use the instructions of GHG protocol for defining scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of our assets. Scope 1 covers emissions from company-owned and controlled resources, e.g. stationary and mobile combustion emissions, as well as fugitive and process emissions. Scope 2 covers indirect owned emissions from consumption of purchased electricity, heat and cooling. As our AUM consists of different economic activities the scope 3 emissions’ definitions vary according to the upstream and downstream emissions of each value chain. These consist of e.g. emissions from purchased goods and services (production & non-production related); transportation and distribution; business travel and commuting, waste generated and disposed; capital goods and investments; end of life treatment and use of sold products.
