Engagement:
We engage 100% of the constituents in the portfolio each year. In 2019, our engagement campaign focused on the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). In 2020, we discussed net-zero targets and goals. In 2021, we spoke with companies about the health and well-being aspects of the built environment. We have ongoing conversations with companies on net-zero pathways and asset-level sustainability plans.
